What is SIMEKAR SSO?

SIMEKAR SSO (Single Sign-On) is the unified sign-in service of Universitas PGRI Semarang. One account gives you access to SIA, SPADA, SIP, SIKAP, SIKEMAS, Open Course, and other UPGRIS systems without signing in repeatedly.

Which username should I use?

Students use their student ID (NPM) or registered email. Lecturers and staff use the username or email registered in SIMEKAR.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use Reset Password and enter your registered email. A reset link will be sent to your inbox — please also check your Spam folder.

My email is not registered or no longer active.

Contact the SIMEKAR Helpdesk or your study program administrator to update your account email.

Sign-in keeps failing even though my password is correct.

Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no spaces before or after your username. If it still fails, reset your password or contact the helpdesk.

Is it safe to sign in on a public computer?

Always sign out when you are done, never save your password in a public browser, and never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be staff.

When will Academic Parent be available?

Academic Parent is under development. The launch will be announced on the News page.

I study at another university. How can I take courses at UPGRIS?

Apply through the Inbound menu using the 6-digit invitation code from UPGRIS KUI or the program coordinator at your university. You can check your admission status on the same page.
